Oceanfront Irish Beach, La Casa Buena Vista

Casa Buena Vista is situated on a cliff and has spectacular views of Irish Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room and an open floor plan on the main floor make you feel like you're on the beach or floating on a cloud over it. There's a hot tub that overlooks the ocean. The house is modern with beautiful furniture, funky art and a kitchen made for people who love to cook. You will never want to leave this healing, grounding, beautiful space. The space We are a local Mendocino County family that custom built La Casa Buena Vista. It has been, and continues to be, appreciated by our family and close friends. The house has two levels. The entry level has a great room, kitchen and den with spectacular views. There is also a bathroom and a multi-purpose room with a large screen T.V., a bunk bed (with a twin on top and double bed on the bottom) and a double futon couch/bed. Downstairs is the master bedroom and second bedroom with equally stunning views, plus a laundry room and bathroom. Outdoors, guests are provided with a gas grill, hot tub and patio furniture to enjoy the view. Sorry, absolutely no pets are allowed. The house overlooks Irish Beach, Manchester State Beach and the Point Arena lighthouse in the distance. Whales, seals, sea lions, and dolphins are frequently spotted from the house and the beach. Guest access All guests have access to Irish Beach (a private beach) by walking down a paved road and/or by car with the use of a key card that you are provided (please make sure you always return the key to its assigned location next the front door). If you walk, you do not need the key card. The Irish Beach community also has a small lake with a picnic area for your use. Other things to note Free high speed wireless internet is provided to guests. We have Roku multi-media to allow our guests to utilize their own Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Pandora, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts, as well as accessing hundreds of free TV shows and movies. Check in is at 4pm Check out is at 11am A lost or mistakenly taken beach key card will result in a $100 replacement fee. Parking of RV's and Boats are not allowed by the HOA in front of the house.
