Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool. The space The ground floor (bedroom, living room, bathroom and toilet) is adapted for "PRM" accessibility, namely the doors are wide (to "PRM" standards), the worktop, table and oven are adapted. A 30% discount is applied from 7 nights. The pool, heated to 28° all year round, is located inside the house. This is private and accessible directly from the living room at any time of day. It measures 6.5 m x 3.5 m x 1.50 m deep. The room locks with a key. Linens, dish towels, hand towels and bath towels are provided (no pool bath towels). Beds are made before guests arrive. The house, however, located in the heart of the village, is not visible from the road, it is possible to park 3 vehicles in front (in a private courtyard). Other things to note For your information: A 30% discount is applied from 7 nights. It's free for babies up to 24 months. Over 24 months, they are considered children. For "week" rentals: - check-in (on Saturday) can be from 3:00 p.m. - checkout (the following Saturday) is by 10:00 a.m. maximum (earlier if guests wish). On Thursdays, departures are by 2:00 p.m. On Fridays, checkouts are at 10:00 a.m. For Sunday check-in: This can only be done in the early evening from 8:00 p.m. except in exceptional cases (if no guests this weekend from Friday to Sunday afternoon).
