Private back garden with LED lighting. 5 minute drive to Loughborough town and only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Bradgate park. Off road parking 7kw electrical vehicle charging is available with advanced notice. The space It’s a nicely furnished terraced house 7 mins walk to the village centre and 4 mins walk to Quorn Grange Hotel & Quorn Country Hotel. Free on street parking & EV charge point available on prior request. It’s my home which I rent out occasionally so you’ll find all the homely things that make your stay easy. Guest access All of the property is rented excluding the garage. Other things to note Midweek workers love this peaceful location with late opening supermarkets and too many pubs/restaurants to list! Dogs are welcome and there are some lovely walks to do right from the front door. Aircon unit is now available on request and will incur a £15 a day charge. This is due to huge the increase in Electricity costs. Car charger unit is also on request only and a £20 per day deposit will be taken, Hourly usage calculated a day after leaving and a refund made to the clients.
