Our 100 m² modern furnished apartment offers enough space for 6 people and is located in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest with a large swimming pool in the garden and a wonderful sun terrace. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double bed, a living room with dining table, couch and TV and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Satellite TV, hair dryer, towels and linens are provided. A barbecue is available if needed. The space The apartment is on the upper floor of our house and has its own entrance. Our apartment consists of a living room with couch, armchair, TV and dining table. The kitchen is separate and not integrated into the living room. It is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, coffee pad machine. In addition, there is another dining table for up to 6 people in the spacious kitchen. The three bedrooms each have a 1.80 m wide double bed and a wardrobe, one bedroom also has a comfortable sofa to relax. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet and sink, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In addition, one bedroom has a separate shower. Guest access The swimming pool in the garden and the sun terrace with lawn are welcome to be used. The swimming pool is open from June to September, outside this time only on request. Other things to note A charcoal grill is available and can be used. A lockable bicycle room for bicycles or the like is also available if required. The included linen package includes bed linen and towels as well as a dish towel and dishcloth. The necessary dishwasher tabs are also available and do not have to be brought along.
