Beautiful Victorian cottage, full of charm. Ideal for a family/couple. Old Cornish pub, great food, stunning Quay, kids park opposite, cycling trail, many walking tracks within the quaint, historic village. Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season. The space The cottage was built in 1850's and has plenty of the original charm.😀 It sleeps 4 with a very comfortable double bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom, one raised up in a cosy nook. Kids love it. I ask people to please their own bath towels. 🙏 There is good sized family bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor. The cottage is well equipped with everything you might need and a lovely place to come back to after a day out exploring the delights of Cornwall. Bring wood for the woodburner or buy locally. The decking area outside is great for morning coffee, meals outside or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Centrally located between Truro and Falmouth. There is great old pub just 2 mins walk serving tasty food and a park opposite with a stunning view for children to play. 😋 Bike storage. The whole village is in a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty with many grade 2 listed buildings. The cottage is right in the heart of the village with the Old School opposite and the church to one side. The walks, cycle trail and views from the village are beautiful with beaches found in every direction by car, or bike, child friendly or rugged and dramatic. Plenty of little Cornish fishing villages to explore or restaurants to sample the local produce. There is so much to see and do round here you'll be spoilt for choice. Guest access Guests will have the whole cottage to themselves, 😀 with an open plan kitchen and dining room for easy access. There are a few steps into the cottage and stairs to the bedrooms upstairs. There is also a garden with decking area, (steps up to it) partly grassed with a washing line. There is a shared path and yard with the cottage next door. Other things to note I'm a qualified massage therapist so why not relax and enjoy a Back and neck massage, Indian head massage, Luxurious aromatherapy full body massage or reflexology foot massage. Attention Dog Owners The garden is completely fenced so it is safe for dogs. There is a shared path and yard, but separate garden area. Dogs must be supervised and kept on leads in the back garden, particularly if they are nervous/ aggressive around people or children. All mess should be cleared up please. If it's particularly dry a watering can is available to dilute dog pee as it kills the grass. Dogs aren't allowed on furniture or upstairs. Please don't leave dogs unsupervised in the house. 🙏
