Scandi style flat in Central Jakarta, Gym & Pool

Bright 65 sqm high floor apartment with an amazing view of Jakarta's skyscrapers, the unit is as central as it gets. It's tucked in the middle of downtown, so the location is unbeatable. We had the whole unit renovated recently (April 2024) so it is fresh :) If you travel with kids, it has a large play area on level 5 with 2 large swimming pool(s), sauna, whirlpool, and gym studi, all free of charge. Convenience stores, laundromat, ATMs, Italian, and Indonesian restaurants, are on lvl P1 The space This high floor - bright 65 square meters Scandinavian styled apartment is located in the heart of Jakarta downtown. It's a short 5 - 10 mins, 150 meters walking to Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City, and luxurious Plaza Indonesia shopping malls, also 5 star hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and Kempinski, as well as 15 mins walk to historic Hotel Indonesia roundabout and Bundaran HI MRT station. You can shop, go to cinemas, and hop on to some of the best restaurants in Jakarta :) There are laundromats, ATMs, mini market in the apartment complex. Convenience stores, restaurants, pizza stations, banks, dry clean services, and taxi stands are all here. Gym, Sauna, Whirpool, large Swimming pool, and tennis court are all in the building. We prepare basic needs such as towels, soaps, and shampoos, but please bring your own toothbrush and paste. Filtered drinking water is available in the unit, you just need to refill the Terra Water filter for more drinking water. We speak Indonesian, English, and German (my wife), so feel free to ask anything. Please keep things clean and be responsible. No shoes inside, in Asia we take off our shoes in the house, please obey :) We do the best possible sanitation, but note that this is us hosting, not a 5* hotel standard, so sometimes ants visit and we make mistake, just contact us and we'll be happy to arrange a cleaning :) we'll do our best to make your stay comfortable. Oh yes, wireless internet is provided and it's pretty stable, so don't worry, you'll stay connected, we also have Netflix and Youtube. Guest access Convenience stores, ATM machines, swimming pool and sauna(5th floor), hair salon, etc, all restaurants are on the ground and second floor. Other things to note You'll find in the unit there is a booklet with all the instructions and how-tos, please kindly read them and follow the house rules accordingly. Please throw away all the trashes and wash all the dishes before you leave.
