WABI Retreat (farm stay) located near Pollachi - in kakakothi parai plantations on the bank of Uppar River. We offer 3 private plunge pool cottages with private sit out and lawn. We serve traditions local veg and non veg food. The cottages are nestled among the coconut trees and overlook the perennial river.stay with us, just sit back relax and unwind,walk through the farm,watch the birds & live local. The space Wabi is inside kakakothi parai plantations, a 32 acer family farm practicing agriculture for past 80 years. Guest access Guest will have access to day to farm activities, climb the kakakothi rock and experience the surroundings, play in the irrigation canal, walk around with cows,goats. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the hotel guest during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines and assume that the guests are familiarized and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of their stay. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Unmarried couples will not be allowed to check in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy. Check in time - 2 pm & Check out time - 11 am.(guests are requested to check in before 6 pm) All our meals are catered from outside. Guests can order as per requirement and pay as per actual with delivery charge. Tea / coffee will be provided in-house. Serving duration Breakfast - 8 am to 10 am, Lunch - 12.30 pm to 2 pm, Dinner - 7.30 pm to 10 pm. All our cottages are single bed room unit with passive cooling. No AC, TV and WIFI. As the property is situated in rural area/working farm we insist guest to keep the door always closed, to avoid any insects, snakes or wilderness beings getting into the room. Guests are advised to avoid any area without lights inside the property. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times. Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times in guest rooms, private pool or anywhere on the entire property. Management is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries and accidents caused at all areas of the property. Use of private pool in the cottages is at Guest’s own risk and management does not accept any liability for any mishap. Swimming/entering the river is strictly prohibited. Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss / damage of your belongings. Playing any loud music and partying is prohibited. From 10 pm to 7 am is the time of night peace. We invite the guest not to cause noise as it disturbs the surrounding and other guests. Kindly throw all the trash / cigarette butts etc in trash bin. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests/drivers or any person for whom they are responsible. We rely on grid power and power cuts and fluctuations are inevitable. This may cause some electrical appliances, lights and fans not to work. We have limited power back up in the guest rooms. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in common areas. It is not allowed to take out from the farm stay the room inventory (pillows, quilts towels etc) and any damage will be recovered in full from the guest. It is not permitted to use iron, induction stove or any other heating device. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons and drugs are strictly prohibited on entire premises. Guests are requested to observe, abide by and confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force time to time. Management has the right to reject and evict any guest or group of guests who are found to be a nuisance which includes being disrespectful to our staff, management or other guests, engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol or generally being noisy and disrupting the peace at the property and for not compiling with the house rules. Management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the above rules. All disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of Pollachi, Tamilnadu State, India only.
