The space Located in a renovated historic building, It has a full-size bed (140 x 200 cm), free Wi-Fi & a large cabinet to store all your belongings. The room is fully cleaned, sanitized & ready upon arrival. It also has a desk (120 x 80 cm), chair, large cabinet & lounger chair for reading. The flat has no elevator, but on the 1st floor, so only 1.5 flight of stairs to bring up your luggage. We share the common living/dining room which overlooks a quiet wooded park & playground. During the day, you will hear birds chirping & faint sound of kids playing in the park. The bathroom has a shower & large bathtub, also overlooking the park. The water pressure is strong & the water is always warm or hot to your liking. Washer, dryer, hairdryer, hair flattening iron & clothes steamer available. This is a non-smoking & pet-free space. Full kitchen with all the necessities. A modern coffee machine is at your disposal. Help yourself! During your stay Other things to note Washer & dryer are available for use, but to avoid risk & overvoltage, 1.) please only use when the guest or host is at home in the flat, 2.) do not run both machines at the same time.
