Our house with WIFI, 4 large bedrooms; located in Rivamonte, a very enchanting village above Agordo. A good place to stay for winter and summer. Skiarea's of Civetta (Alleghe) and Trevalli (Falcade) only 30 min drive. Acces to Sellaround 33km away. The space Enjoy in all tranquility the sauna, the jacuzzi, the log fire and the fabulous view of the Dolomites! The house is furnished to the highest standard and has 4 big bedrooms and is renovated in the so called Tyrolese (mountain)style. Rivamonte situated on a plateau at 1000 meters altitude, where the sun has free play. The house is such that the day of the sun can be enjoyed. Floor Plan: The house consist of three floors. On the main floor there is a living room with a log fire, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with seating for 8 persons in a beautiful Tyrollean corner, sauna with two lounge chairs, shower with sauna bucket and separate toilet. On the first floor two spacious double bedrooms with high standard king size beds as is the bedlinen, both with balcony, a further shower / bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the second floor two further spacious bedrooms with the same high stander beds and also with balcony. Outside in the garden there is a 5 person hot tub. The detached house is surrounded by a fenced garden. There is also a garage at 150 meters. At the back of the house there is a shed for your ski equipment with a bootwarmer for 4 pairs of shoes. The whole property is at your disposal and is very child friendly. The custodian lives real close and is always available if you have any questions. Guest access The property is situated in Rivamonte Agordino in the heart of the Dolomites above Agordo. Close to the Superski Dolomiti ski resorts of Civetta (Alleghe) and Tre Valli (Falcade). It's only a 30 minutes drive away! Cortina d'Ampezzo is 60 km away. Access to Sellaronda and Arabba/Marmolada at Malga Ciapella at only 33km. Ideal for winter sports but also for the summer. Rivamonte is set on the entrance of the National Park "Belluno Dolomites". Venice is one and a half hour drive. Within the village you will find at walking distance a small supermarket where you can buy fresh bread and food. At only a 5 minutes drive (along the main road) you will find the supermarket of Beppi Bosol. You will not believe your eyes what you can buy there on a few m2. On your way there you will pass El Moulin a cosy bar and on reservation also a restaurant.
