Close to Everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. 1 Block from Garnet Ave (Restaurants, Bars and Shopping) and a bike ride away to the beach (~1.5 miles) and bay (~0.7 miles). Beach cruisers are available for guests use! High Speed WiFi, 40" Samsung LCD TV with Roku TV, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, ceiling fan and a portable space heater. The space Our place is a very neatly kept newer 3 Bedroom 3 Bath 1400 sq ft 2 level townhouse. There is 1 Bedroom with Attached Bath downstairs and the garage. Upstairs are the remaining 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room and patio. Your bedroom (downstairs) is very spacious and includes and you own Private en-suite Bathroom, a new Sealy Ultra Plush Queen Size Bed that sleeps 2, Fresh Linens, a Large Dresser, Large Mirrored Closet, a Dresser, your own Mini-Fridge, Coffee Maker, a Desk. Everything in our house is kept clean so rest assured everything in your room will be kept that way also upon your arrival. Guest access The bedroom is the only room downstairs so guests have basically a private entrance from the from door. The bedroom includes your own coffee maker and mini fridge for you convenience and privacy, but you also do have access to the kitchen and living areas. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs in the garage for guests to use During your stay Beau and I are friends who decided to put up our guest room on Airbnb. We are both fun and enjoy going out but we are no longer in college and have our professional lives so keep it responsible. Our schedules vary so we may be around or you may never see one of us. We are both very easy going and are more than happy to help out whatever we can to ensure you get the most out of your stay here!
