The idea behind our mission is to provide new jobs for people with disabilities, among others, in accordance with the principles of a social enterprise, and at the same time to create a space that is friendly to guests with disabilities. In the newly opened facility, we have created a team of specialists under whose care people with disabilities can acquire new professional skills, thus gaining a sense of agency and influence over their own lives. We also offer our guests the idea of social responsibility. LukLuk Guest House is a long-term investment of the Social Cooperative in Sopot and our idea is to provide new workplaces, including for the disabled, according to the principles of a social company. We also create a friendly space for our disabled guests. We create a group of specialists who can teach disabled people new job skills, how to be an author of their own life and how to impact on it. We also propose the sharing of the social responsibility idea to our guests.
