Clean and sanitized essentials in all the rooms with excellent wireless speed. The backyard has table and chairs for summer use, smoking or just to relax. Due to Covid Pandemic, social distancing is being practiced though as a guest if you are high-risk, plan accordingly. Kitchen use - Requires Advance notice, so it's made available. Light use only. Clean up after is a must. Other rooms in the house are private. Guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed in the house without prior notice/approval.
