The Island Time, Suite! is a beautiful garden level adult private get-away with its own parking, gated entrance, peaceful fenced garden, hot tub and firepit. It is intended to be relaxing and inviting. Enjoy the art, amenities and gourmet kitchen, the spa and foot bath, and the beautiful plantings. The island is a perfect getaway from the faster paced Seattle and Bellevue cities near by. Yet Langley, Freeland and Clinton are close by. We welcome longer weekly and monthly stays when available. The space has one large bedroom with a queen size Sleep Number bed, large dresser and plenty of closet pace. The living room is tastefully furnished with a sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, cooktop, toaster oven and dishwasher and ready for your creative cooking. The bathroom has a full walk in shower, heated river rock tile floor and stone top vanity. Tasteful decor and artwork throughout. Guest access is made easy with self check-in through an separate entry room with a sliding glass door. The entry also has a bistro table and 2 chairs for relaxing or to use as a workspace with your computer. Walking sticks, life jackets, a beach umbrella and Wellies are also provided. From the entry the suite is accessed through an inner glass door which can be locked for guest privacy. We like o give our guests all the privacy they want so they can enjoy their romantic get away. We leave it up to the guest if they would like to meet us or contact us for questions. On very rare occasions we do need to access the mechanical room that is inside the entry but always with prior notice. Best neighborhood on the island with fabulous mountain and water views, beautiful gardens and friendly people. Ocean beach access is a short walk away and is at your own risk. We are a short 4 mile drive from Langley and from Freeland. Want some exercise? Bring your bike or walking shoes, or launch your kayak at the beach. We invite guests to text us with anything they might need or with questions. Texting is about 30 minutes faster than going through the airbnb system. You might want a fire in the fire pit, suggestions for restaurants or take out food, or ideas about near by hiking trails. We're happy to help.
