This private home is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac with star filled skies and a salt air breeze. The space 2 bedroom, 1 bath available with living room and kitchen. Outdoor covered deck and outdoor shower with fire pit on 1/3 acre yard. Real quiet country living, but minutes from restaurants and beach fun. Guest access No access to the owner’s room located on the left side of house. Access to all other areas of the property. Other things to note During your stay, Please don’t move the furniture around. Checking out list: 1. Strip used beds of dirty linens and place in laundry room along with dirty towels. Place wet towels in washer. 2. All trash/recycling must be placed in bags and tied. Take out all trash and recycling from house to trash bin in bags tied. 3. Place all dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher if it has dirty dishes in it. Make sure all dishes are clean. 4. Make sure all trash is picked up and disposed of outside and placed in bags and tied. 5. Please clean all furniture and rooms of debris. 6. Turn up thermostat to 78*in summer and down to 65*in winter. 7. Please remove all open perishable food from fridge and cabinets. - NO PARTIES - Quiet hours after 10 pm. the Tenant must reside on the Premises with respect to the quiet enjoyment of the surrounding residents. NO PARTIES -OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of no more then 6 guests or the number of guests per reservation. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Landlord. -PARKING. Please do not park on the grass, and in designated areas. -Smoking is prohibited in the home.  Please dispose of ashes and trash in bin. -MOVE-IN INSPECTION. Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the tenant should inspect the property and report any damages or concerns to landlord. INSPECTION. The Landlord has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Tenant violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Tenant waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenant shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement -MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Tenant shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Tenant shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenant. The Tenant shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Tenant causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
