Ocean house in residence with pool

Charming little vacation home in a residence with pool 800 m from the ocean and small shops. Beach & nature atmosphere, bike paths on the waterfront and beautiful walks in the forests. Rest guaranteed! The space House of 35 m² with garden of about 100 m² for 4/5 people. On the ground floor there is a living area with TV area, 1 equipped kitchen area (fridge, washing machine, 2 electric hobs, microwave), a bathroom – toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 X 190) and storage. Upstairs, a mezzanine sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (90 X 190) and 1 single bed (90 X 190) with storage. Garden side, a wooden awning with garden table, a barbecue, 2 deckchairs. In the residence, a swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September) with digicode entrance, a dedicated parking space, bowling and basketball courts. Linens (sheets, tea towels, towels, etc.) are not provided. Guest access 800 m away, the beach with sailing school, shops (bread depot, supermarket, restaurant, tobacco). Accessible on foot or by bicycle. Supermarkets are 10 min by car. The bike paths allow for beautiful bike rides along the coast or in the state forest of Longeville. Other things to note No Wi-Fi connection In summer (July-August) we prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Unless last-minute availability.
