This 23m² comfortable & cosy 4 person apartment has 4 beds (2 sets of bunks). Complimentary wifi is included, plus a DVD player & 50 DVDs. It is ski-out/(almost) ski-in & located in a tranquil location near the centre of Val Thorens, with all amenities very close at hand for your holiday. It is tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning is included but please leave the apartment clean and tidy when you vacate (otherwise we reserve the right to charge for cleaning). The space The apartment has a double bedroom containing twin bunks and the open plan living area contains a further set of twin bunks, together with a comfortable sofa. You will find lots of storage space, including a double wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers (one in each room) and wall shelves. There are also numerous wall hooks for hanging gear and a clothes airer for drying any damp clothes. For your entertainment the apartment contains a combined TV/DVD player (NB this does not work as a TV and can be used only to play DVD’s), together with a large selection of DVD’s and some novels. Please feel free to operate a book swap with those provided. The apartment is warm and cosy, with under-floor heating and supplementary electric wall heaters in the living area, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen area contains a hob with 2 hot plates, mini oven with grill, a fridge, kettle, toaster (with wide slots for French bread…), cafetiere/coffee pot and slow cooker. It also contains crockery (including mugs and Pyrex dishes) and cutlery, together with a range of cooking pans and utensils, whilst the kitchen shelves provide storage space for your provisions. The tiled bathroom contains a bath, with over-bath shower, and a generously sized under-washbasin cupboard, as well as a wall shelf, to house your toiletries. Single duvets and pillows are provided but you are required to provide your own bed linen and towels. You may hire bed linen and towels at a modest (per person) cost, in advance via our apartment manager. The apartment is an ideal size for up to 4 guests, with 2 separate sleeping areas (including one bedroom). Guest access You can usually ski from the door and may also enjoy leisure time on the apartment's south facing balcony - with chairs provided. It is possible to ski to the opposite side of the road (approximately 80 metres away) at the end of the day, or take Cairn gondola to within 80 metres of the apartment door. Other things to note The apartment is located on the ground floor, close to the main entrance - so it is not necessary to carry luggage for more than a few steps, once inside the building. Guests also have the use of a private ski locker, in the adjacent ground floor locker room, which is only a few steps from the snow.
