My hip newly refurbished flat near the sea in a recently upgraded building is just a 2 min walk to the Beach (Banana Beach) 5-10 min to Neve Tsedek, Rothschild Blvd, Sheinkin & Yaffo, the Central bus station & the "Shook" (The amazing Carmel Market)! There is paid parking available in the private car port visible from the balcony and in one of the photos here (for a 50 ILS per night fee and with a reservation only). The space Newly refurbished sea-view apartment that captures the essence of Tel Aviv and Israel, where old meets new, ancient meets modern, the Orient meets the Occident. The living room and three bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows and good mattresses. Towels, beach blankets, beach towels and also baby things, like crib, soft floor and stuffed animals and toys. The bathroom is cozy with both hand and overhead shower and full bath, hairdryer, radiator, and it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The kitchen contains all basic appliances in either new or almost new condition, including: • Refrigerator • Microwave • Oven AEG • Toaster • Cooking and eating ware • Kettle • Water Filter Machine (hot and cold) • Nespresso Capsule-based Coffee Machine You will find everything necessary for your comfort and to make your stay pleasant: • Centralized Air Conditioning • 45'' Fuji Japan SMART TV LED (HDMI, USB and more than 500 channels... ) • Free ultra fast WIFI broadband throughout the apartment • Hanger for drying wet clothes from the beach • Laundry Service available, pick-up and delivery The sun terrace with a parasol umbrella and hammock in summer, a small table with 4 chairs, a deckchair and two refurbished vintage french bar stools. Each room exudes its own flavor from different periods, genres and functionality. I hire special cleaning crews and individuals I know that I can count on to keep the place spotless prior to your arrival, and special laundry services to make sure the linens and towels are all ready to go. Nine people can actually stay if two sleep in the living room. The number 14 top-floor, elevator-access apartment has: • private parking (for a 50 ILS / night fee) or local parking lots 100 meters away similar price • parking gate remote control • Security Entrance with security code and video intercom to the apartment. The fifth floor lends an airy warmth to the apartment with direct views of the sea, Jaffo and the Tel Aviv skyline, as well as the windows which face East, South and West and a beautiful 3-meter wide window facing Jaffo (Yafo) just visible beyond the minaret between the buildings and next to the door window access to the sun terrace of over 14 m2. Also available: • Hi-speed wifi up to 200 MB is available if you connect directly, about 50 MB/s wifi. • Public transportation - it's everywhere here and Dan Central Bus Station is two blocks away. • Local Carmel market for shopping and eating and cooking in the house, • Dining out at the myriad eateries and restaurants available everywhere. Our hood is hip! Situated a block from: • Banana Beach • the "Tayelet" (Tel Aviv beach promenade) • the famous "shook" Carmel Market • the Yemenite Quarter with its amazingly satisfying soups and other foods, • the ritzy hotels, • and walking distance to ancient Yafo, Neveh Tzedek, and the Rothschild Blvd club/bar/pub/restaurant/Bauhaus scene. The apartment is very well located with shops close by. As I mentioned above, you can walk on foot to the center of Tel-Aviv or rent bicycles easily. • 2 minutes from the beaches (100m), Sheinkin, & Shuk HaCarmel • 5 minutes from Rothschild, Neve Tzedek, and Bograshov. • 15 minutes from Dizengoff Center and Opera House The apartment makes you feel at home, is ideally located and is specially designed to provide a sense of a peaceful haven in the heart of the city. Guest access Everything in the apartment is open for use, so please feel at home. From the apartment, you can walk or cycle through all the nice places in Tel Aviv. The city now offers rental bikes and scooters right around the corner. Other things to note Everything in my place is free for use. Coffee, milk, butter, sugar, towels, lotions, etc. The only exceptions are the following where you pay only for what you use: coffee espresso capsules (5 ILS) and private parking. I put in the apartment a small "honor tin" where you can pay for what you use. Here are the things for which I charge separately: Parking (50 ILS / night) - If available! Half-bottles of wine (25 ILS). Espresso capsules (5 ILS each) 1 liter bottled natural water (10 ILS) and 1 liter sparkling water (15 ILS) spring water. All these things are also available locally around the neighborhood, sometimes for more money, sometimes for less. Milk, coffee, oil, sugar, Wi-Fi, towels, beach towels, robes and any toiletries found are free to use while in my home. :-) The private gated parking space has to be reserved by me ahead of time, so please allow as much time as possible, otherwise it can't be guaranteed! The cost is 50 ILS per day, and you get a gate remote-control for access. There are parking spaces in the neighborhood about a 100-meter walk for about 25 ILS per 24 hours if you didn't reserve on time, and another toward the beach at 60 ILS. The former, cheaper one requires payment for each entrance. Our parking space has no restrictions on usage. Laundry delivery arrangement (folded and delivered within 24 hrs) 90 ILS per load (about 7 kg) is available, or there is a coin and credit card laundromat about 75 m walk from the building across the street. All these things are also available locally around the neighborhood, sometimes for more money, sometimes for less. Milk, coffee, oil, sugar, Wi-Fi, towels, beach towels, robes and any toiletries found are free to use while in my home. :-) The private guarded parking space has to be reserved by me ahead of time, so please allow as much time as possible otherwise it can't be guaranteed! There are parking spaces in the neighborhood about a 100-meter walk and for about 24 ILS per night, if you didn't reserve on time and sometimes free street parking if you can find an open space. I will leave a list of amenities and lists of TV channels, as well as the Wi-Fi username and password. If there's anything I didn't think of, please let me know. In addition, if you have guests coming to visit, public parking is a one-minute walk from the apartment. It is relatively easy to access but does not afford in-and-out multiple times.
