Description
Need a week vacation!! This would be a great place to stay. This beautiful basement has walk out doors that will take you out to a breath taking scenery of the outdoors with the Des Moines river going right through the backyard. There are beautiful flower gardens to walk through, and a large pond to swim in or let your fur baby's swim in or just sit beside and just listen to the waterfall or water fountain or the birds singing or even see the deer walking through. The space I also have space for campers and tents for a larger get-together. There will only be the number of people on the grounds that are staying unless other arrangements have been made, or there will be a 200.00 charge every night that you stay, for extra people being here. If it's hunting your comming for I'm only yards away from a large DNR hunting grounds. There are groomed snowmobile trails close by and cross country skiing. For 2021, I'm going to start charging for dogs. Just count them as one person, so if there are two of you and your dog, there will be 3 guest. it takes me twice as long to clean up the dog hair off everything, and I'm always having to replant grass in spots. I LOVE to see your fur babies, but I hope you understand. Thanks, and I hope to meet you. Guest access Outdoor fire pit that you can use. (bring your own wood or buy some from me.) Decks and patios Wireless internet Outside grills Hammocks Outside games There is smoking in the garage and outside but not in the house. there is a pond that has a great waterfall in it that lights up at night, or 2 water fountains that are going. you can swim in it. there is also a gazebo you can sit in and just relax or play games. During your stay I live upstairs with my cat, so i will be around most of the time to answer your questions. Otherwise, you are on your own. Other things to note I have a cat that lives with me but never gets downstairs but you just might see her outside, I also have the river that runs through the back yard so if you have very young children you need to watch them closely.. So if you would like a quiet place to stay you go out my back door or if you need action you go out the front door, the historical End-O-Line Railroad park and museum is just 3 blocks away and you can also get on the Casey Jones State bike Trail from there which is a 6 mile loop. Currie has a gas station, and there are 2 bars in town just blocks away.
