Vacation like at Grandma's!

With us you have it rustic and cozy! 4 generations have already lived in our 150-year-old farmhouse. With the family or as a group, you will find peace and the idyll of country life here. You don't have to miss out on amenities. The house has been lovingly renovated and refurbished. Our house is an ideal starting point for all lovers of nature and the foothills of the Alps. In one hour you can reach Munich, the mountains, Neuschwanstein Castle ...... The space A tiled stove for heating, a stove for pancakes and cozy warmth, a sofa for napping: this is what a country idyll looks like! The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. Here you can let your children feel what it means to play in meadows, snack on apple trees and hop in the door with dirty feet. You can heat the room with the tiled stove and relax comfortably on the stove bench. However, you should not be a "greenhorn" in heating fireplaces! Even in summer, a warm oven is sometimes pleasant in this area. The beds and furniture are in mint condition. Bicycles can be safely accommodated. Lake Ammersee, the royal castles, Munich and Andechs are easily accessible. Guest access We have a beautiful natural lawn by the house. There is garden furniture and a grill. Your kids could camp on the lawn. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi connection in the house. You will be living with natural building materials and little electrosmog. The room height on the first floor is a cozy 2.10 m. Slippers are recommended for warm feet. In the cold season, you can only heat the living room and kitchen. You'll get enough wood from me. When you open the bedroom doors, the upper bedrooms, which do not have their own heating, are also heated. In the bathroom there is a fan heater for heating. An additional electric heater is not useful due to the high power consumption. If you still want to heat with it, you have to pay extra for the increased power consumption. Hot water is of course available in the bathroom and kitchen from the tap.
