Capsule apartment at the Synagogue

Newly renovated tiny(12m2)studio apartment with air conditioning for 1 or 2 person. Far from the noise of the street in the second floor (with elevator), still you can reach sights, restaurants, and ruin bars within 5 minutes walk. The Synagogue is literally at the house's entrance. My place is near Szimpla Kert,Kazinczy Street,Bors GastroBar. That's why you'll love my place: the neighborhood, the comfortable bed, and the atmosphere. My place is good for this: couples and solo adventurers. The space The apartment Although tiny (12 m2), it has all important features to make a city break in Budapest. The flat is air conditioned, the bathroom has floor heating. The kitchen corner has stovetop, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, water boiler, and a Nespresso machine with capsules to make a proper coffee in the morning or a quick lunch or dinner. The queen sized (160 cm x 200 cm) bed is in the gallery, custom made wooden stairs. Nearly all the furniture is custom made to make the most of the available space. Fast internet, television with cable channels and Netflix. Bathroom: Hair drier. The flat is at the end of the corridor in the 2nd floor (with elevator), and far from the street, so it is quite quiet. There are flowers in the corridor. The building The house was built in 1910-1911 in Art Nouveau style. It has elevator, it is regularly maintained, and has plants and flowers in its courtyard. It has two entrances to two different streets. Although the neighbourhood is packed with cafés, and restaurants, there are no shops or bars in the house which could disturb your night’s sleep. Other things to note I need to ask some data from my guests because of the invoice and local tax purposes : address, birth place and date and passport number. Thank you for the understanding. I kindly ask my guests to switch the air conditioner off when they are not in the apartment. If the air conditioner is working during the day when the apartment is empty, I have the right to switch it off via WiFi. Registration Details MA19005814
