On the edge of Magic Mountain, an old-school mountain that offers some of the best skiing in Southern Vermont. Stratton, Okemo and Bromley are close, too. There are plenty of cross-country skiing and snow shoeing trails, too. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of equipment for cooking and entertaining. Three bedrooms with a master bedroom on the first floor that includes a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms on second floor with two queen-sized beds in one room and a full and twin-sized bed in the second room. Casper mattresses and 400 thread count sheets on all of the beds. Three full bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. Spa area with hot tub, sauna, full bathroom and changing room. Den with gas fireplace, Sonos, cable TV and sliding doors that leads to a patio. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note Our pond is a great place to swim in the summer! Our floating dock is fun to jump off and even catch some fish if you bring your fishing pole. In the winter, take caution with walking on it. Once frozen, it’s a great place to skate!
