We are offering two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room&kitchen and private terrace in a 6,000 m2 rural garden with fruit and nut trees, rose and grape pergolas with amazing view of the Balaton, 20 minutes on foot from the lake on top of a mountain. 4+2 guest We are happy to host your pets also but only with prior consultation. The space We are offering 2 adjacent rooms with a bathroom and open kitchen and lakeview terrace for your exclusive use on the upper floor of a 2-storey building and a kitchen/living room with separate entrance with a sofa bed downstairs with bathroom with entrance from the garden. Having one room with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 individual beds and a todler bed the Blue House is the perfect base for a couple with kids or a group of friends. 4+2 people Guest access Terrace, garden, apartments. Please note that a part of the land is private area and we have an other building with guests approximately 100 meters away with separate terrace and garden. Other things to note We are on the top of the Fülöpi Hegy- approximately 30 min on foot from the train station and 20 min from the beach. By car we are 4min from the beach. The living room & downstairs kitchen is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Pets are allowed after prior consultation. Kindly note that in Hungary it is mandatory to register with the Hungarian Tourism Authority- through the Vendegem apo . You can do it prior to your arrival or we can assist you when you arrive.
