The living room has a sofa bed, fold-out, which is comfortable to sleep for two, table and TV. In the back of the room is a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, coffee machine (capsule one), electric kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower with rainfall head, toilet and sink. Guests have at their disposal a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap of a luxury cosmetics line. The entire apartment has access to fast WiFi as well as in-room climate control that allows to adjust the cooling or heating temperature in the apartment.
