Come and enjoy a quiet stay in a 70 m2 house with a garden. Ideal location: less than 100 m from the beach, many shops nearby, Deauville and Trouville only 15 minutes away. The space Ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 6. The house has a nice living room with 2 sofas including a convertible sofa, a TV with cable and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, with a table in the kitchen for your meals). A first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be grouped together to form a double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a private garden ideal for relaxing! It is equipped with an outdoor table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers. The sea is less than 100 m away and local shops are a 3-minute walk away and the city center of Villers sur Mer is 10 minutes away. • Deauville, 15 minutes by car. • Cabourg, 16 minutes by car. • Caen, 15 minutes by car. • Honfleur, 30 minutes by car. • Lisieux, 30 minutes by car. For the master bedroom for the sheets, the bed is 160; the children's bedroom bed is 2 x 90; for the living room, the sofa bed is 140; for the pillowcases, 50 x 50. Guest access 2 hours from Paris, 10 minutes from Deauville and close to Cabourg, Houlgate, Trouville. The rental allows you to leave the car aside or to come by train, because buses (the station is nearby) run from Villers-sur-Mer to Trouville & Deauville (€2.20 per ticket) every half hour (except in the evening, which is restrictive to enjoy the night). Other things to note A security deposit of €500.00 will be required by check and will be returned if the house is not damaged. - Parties are prohibited, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. - No smoking in the house. -No candles - It is strictly forbidden to use products for dyeing (hair or other....).
