This cozy studio apartment is approximately 20 square meters in size (excluding the terrace) and is located on the top floor of our family home, alongside three other studios. It includes a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. We're situated at the foothills of Mount Srđ — you can reach us by climbing the stairs from the Old Town (360 steps) or by taxi via the road that passes directly in front of the house (50 steps from the road to our entrance). The space The studio is compact and thoughtfully arranged, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or two friends. It features a double bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking essentials. You'll also find a TV, a small table with two chairs, and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom is stocked with two small towels, two medium towels, two large towels, and two beach towels — usually in a distinct color. All towels are neatly placed on the shelf for your convenience. A hair dryer is available behind the bathroom door. We also provide toilet paper, regular shampoo, and liquid hand soap. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. Although it's part of a family home, the unit offers good sound insulation, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities — we take extra care to clean the studio thoroughly before each arrival, so you can enjoy a fresh, spotless, and welcoming space. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio, including the kitchenette, bathroom, and the outdoor seating area in front of the entrance — a great spot to sit and unwind. Please note: To access your studio, you will need to walk through the shared area in front of Studios No. 1, 2, and 3. We kindly ask you to be respectful while passing through this space, as it is shared with other guests. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay in Studio. Registration & Capacity: Studio is officially registered with the Ministry of Tourism for a maximum of two guests. Please respect this regulation, as accommodating more than two people would violate local laws. Access & Stairs: There are 360 steps from the Old Town if you're coming on foot, and 50 steps from the nearest road if you’re arriving by Uber or taxi. Please keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Traffic Zone Notice: Our property is located within a special traffic regulation zone. This means that private cars and rental vehicles are only allowed to enter if they have a reserved parking permit. Otherwise, access by car is not permitted. Only Uber, taxi, or similar services can reach the nearest drop-off point. Quiet Hours: As the bedroom is in a residential neighborhood, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: From 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Since we manage several units, we appreciate your understanding—we need time to thoroughly clean and prepare the space between guests. Early Arrival / Luggage Storage: If you arrive before check-in, you're welcome to drop off your luggage starting from 10 AM, so you can explore the area without carrying your bags. Arrival Info: Please let us know your expected arrival time and mode of transportation when you make the reservation, so we can plan for a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to show us your ID or passport so we can complete the mandatory online registration. We can either scan the document ourselves, or send you a link to a simple online form which you can fill out on your phone or laptop. By reading this house manual, you agree to our GDPR policy. Your personal data will be permanently deleted after registration is completed.
