It has a double bed and a single sofabed that can cater up-to 3pax. (3 adults) You can do light cooking or just enjoy staycation with our smart tv you can just do netflix and chill or enjoy a dip in our infinity pool. The pool is free for two pax only, excess guest will pay an additional fee. Also, please adhere the swimming pool rules and schedules. Paid parking is available on first come first serve basis. The condo unit is also conveniently near pharmacies, food shops, laundry shop, etc. fronting the building. Location wise, this place is perfect for those who wants to be in walking distance to Ayala mall and SM City where buses, vans are readily available for trips to the North and Southern Cebu beaches. The unit is next to the ramp or parking, so there will be some expected vehicle noise. Note: For the stay-at-home workers, the unit's WiFi is intermittent in connection due to the unit's location. Guest access The condominium has two swimming pools. One in the entrance area and one infinity pool on the 6th floor with the view of the city. You can also go all the way to the rooftop to enjoy a higher view and more air space. Other things to note For long term users (one month and above) you will have to sign a rental agreement (which specifies the utilities and deposit to pay) with the unit manager upon check-in. Please expect a copy of the agreement after booking confirmation. For guests traveling with cars, PARKING is not free in the building. You have to pay Php 25/hr after the first 4hrs free directly to the Building Admin/reception personnel. If you have visitors during your stay, please INFORM the host so they can be authorized to enter the building.
