It's fully fenced, there is wifi connection, air conditioning, a beautiful fireplace, bbq, pool and a stunning view on the hills and on the nearby towns of Vinci and Cerreto Guidi. The space The house is excellently organized: two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor, one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Here you also find a fully equipped kitchen with laudry area and a big livingroom that faces a beautiful veranda, where you can spend time with your friends and family, enjoying the peace and the beauty of the view on Tuscany hills and olive trees. Guest access Guests arrive from the main country road to Vinci (coming from Empoli) and have access to the villa from Via Campagliana. Behind an electric gate there is a private parking space. Other things to note The villa is located a few kilometers from Vinci, the home town of Leonardo Da Vinci. It's close to the main freeway that connects Florence to Pisa/Livorno. Many turistic destinations can be reached within an hour driving. City tax not included and due at check in. Guests are informed that security cameras have been installed on the outside of the house.
