The space Located in the heritage listed Fairfax House, our apartment has all the essentials for a business trip to Melbourne or a relaxing holiday. Located on Little Collins Street in the middle of the CBD our loft style apartment has a huge bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The queen size bed is comfortable and separated from the main living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a real fridge freezer (not one of those tiny ones in hotels!), microwave, dishwasher and oven... Cook up a storm or, more likely head out to one of the local cafes. Comfortable lounge area with table, chairs, breakfast bar, couch and TV/DVD Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and its facilities. Note we do not have allocated parking at the premise. Other things to note The garbage and recycling bins etc are located on the first floor car park (don't lock yourself out!). They are clearly marked "Fairfax House" We will charge $50 call out fee if you lock yourself out.
