Rental unit in Kendal

My name is Liz and I am a retired lady keeping busy. I am a short walk from the town centre and approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a good variety of restaurants in town and of course Cumbria is a wonderful haven for walkers. Dogs accepted with prior discussion. I don't do breakfast but I have cereals,eggs, toast if you would like to do a DIY. There are several places in town to have breakfast if you prefer. I look forward to any queries The space Your double room is private, light and airy in a quiet first floor apartment. It overlooks a communal garden/courtyard. The double bed is very comfortable and there is tea/coffee making facilities in your room. The bathroom is next door to your room with an excellent shower with your own towels and more in your wardrobe if required. The bathroom is shared with the owner/occupier as is the kitchen. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, both to cook and for making tea/coffee 24/7. The bathroom accommodates a shower over the bath, your preference may be a slow hot bath after a long exhilerating walk. The shower is excellent and may be your preferred way of cooling off. The bathroom is right next door to your room. The lounge is also at your disposal, although shared with the owner if she is at home. Free Wi-fi is also available. During your stay When I am at home I am always glad to help with queries wherever possible. If I am not at home I may be contacted by mobile if necessary. There will be times when I am away for a few days so you will have the apartment to yourselves but please remember if you need to speak to me I am always at the other end of a phone. Your comfort and enjoyment is most important to me while you spend your days away from home. And I look forward to seeing guests return again and again. Other things to note There are normally car parking spaces available on the adjoining roads and I will give you a complimentary visitors badge for your car so you may park free of hassle. If you need to arrive earlier than the usual times as below, you may drop your cases etc so you can go and explore the local town. Arrival time from 15.00hrs Departure time 11.00am
