Our cabin is surrounded by majestic forest and is just minutes away from Eagle and Pine Lake beaches! Enjoy the charm of staying in a stylishly decorated log cabin, delight in a cup of coffee and light continental breakfast on the porch overlooking the picturesque view of the forest. A short drive to Haliburton & Minden and a 5 minute drive to Sir Sam's Ski Resort. After a fun-filled day, craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen and relax by the fire pit. Truly a retreat! The space Our cabin is located within the Haliburton Highlands, which is renowned for its warm and lush summer season, as well as our crisp and snowy winter season. Enjoy beautiful hiking trails through the forest right off the property. Our cabin is the town of West Guilford, which is surrounded by four beautiful lakes: Grass Lake, Pine Lake, Cranberry Lake, and Eagle Lake! Conveniently located 5 minutes east of the cabin is the Eagle Lake Country Market, which is a great grocery market and also includes an agency LCBO and Beer Store. The Landfill is conveniently located only 4 minutes away (for the exception of Wednesday & Thursday check-outs - the location is a bit further) and we will leave you a Landfill Pass. Caution is advised when traveling in the country during the Winter, as road conditions can be unpredictable at times. Traveling in a vehicle with winter tires and all-wheel drive or 4x4 is a must in the winter, to ensure you are able to handle roads and driveways leading to our location.
