Villenave-d'Ornon: Apartment near Bordeaux

Modest apartment a stone's throw from Bordeaux, located a 15-minute walk from the tram stop. In a 70s residence, with parking, on the 4th floor without elevator, equipped with all the essential amenities for everyday life. Please read the listing description carefully. Friday check-ins are between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. In case of arrival after 8 p.m. and beyond the schedule set together, I will be obliged to charge you €20 more. Other days: schedules to be agreed upon together. The space The apartment doesn't have shutters except in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (no plastic capsules please), glass hob, kettle, toaster and of course fridge/freezer Bathroom: hair dryer As a reminder, linens and towels are provided. The accommodation dates back to the 70s, you will not find sound insulation as comfortable as on new buildings. Having no noise problems with the neighborhood, except on rare occasions, unfortunately I cannot guarantee that no noise will disturb your stay. Guest access All parts of the accommodation are accessible when you rent the entire apartment.
