The apartment is a bright two-room apartment designed to live in, so you can really experience this apartment as a home, the spaces are large and well divided. The area is very quiet and residential, in fact, everything you need is nearby, from the supermarket to the children's areas and dog areas, laundry and pharmacy. And in a few minutes on foot you can reach the places of greatest interest in the city, i.e. the historic center and the sea. The space The building is residential and very quiet. You can access the apartment, which is on the second floor, via the elevator or stairs. The entrance is very convenient for wheelchairs and strollers, as there are no steps. Entering the apartment, you are in the entrance, open to the living area, and on the left, there is a sliding door that separates the sleeping area. From the living area and the bedroom you can access the terrace, which is absolutely to be experienced, in fact there are tables, chairs and deckchairs if you want to sunbathe. From here you can see the sea from afar. In each room there is air conditioning and heating that can be managed independently. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee machine, but also a moka pot, a wide selection of glasses and dishes for every need, and of course everything you need to cook. There is a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a closet to store everything you need. Each window is equipped with electric shutters that, if closed completely, allow total darkness for those who needs it at night. We like to leave you with everything you need to start your stay in the best possible way, so upon your arrival you will find a supply of bed, bath and kitchen linen, if you want more just ask and we will bring it to you at a small extra charge, salt, oil, sugar and pods for the coffee machine, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning soap, bath soap and bath foam. And depending on the season, if possible, we like to give you some zero-km products. Guest access The building is residential, so the entrance is shared. The complex of buildings has a green area and a small square where you can walk. Parking is free in the street in front of and behind the building, and there is always parking.
