Ideally located, this 40 m² 2-bedroom apartment is quiet and totally independent. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from Pamiers city center, close to a hypermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. You can also access the city center by a free shuttle near the accommodation, where you will find: cinema, swimming pool, market (every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), public transport serving the main cities and train station. The space T2 reserved for guests only Guest access You will have everything you need to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The interior of the T2 is on one level, with direct access to the living room/kitchen that overlooks the bedroom and the bathroom/toilet CHECK-IN: After 3:00 p.m. Inventory and handover of keys CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m. The accommodation must be left clean (unless cleaning option is selected). The guest agrees to report any breakage or damage to dishes, furniture or equipment before the end of the stay (under penalty of having all or part of the security deposit withdrawn). OUTDOORS: Table + 2 chairs; umbrella. RECOMMENDATIONS: Do not set the radiators to overheat Be sure to turn off the light in unoccupied rooms Use suitable paper in the toilet (no tissues or paper towels) Do not use an abrasive sponge on the induction cooktop. Close the gate well when you pass because we have 2 dogs and we have not fenced due to lack of time, but this must be done soon. Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation.
