It is the ideal home to spend your holidays with your family away from the city. The house is in a strategic point to get to the sea in a short time (only 30 km from Chioggia and 50 km from Rosolina Mare), cities of art (Venice 40 km, Padua 10 km, Ferrara 70 km, Verona 90 km) and the spa areas (about 20 km). If you need to take a business trip, the wifi service is free and unlimited. Each room has a desk to work in peace. Ideal if you need to reach Agripolis. The space The house has recently been renovated with renewable energy sources. There is no gas, so it is all electric. The house is located 700 meters from the center of the village. The internal surface is 120 square meters, externally 200 square meters. It has a separate kitchen with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a counter with four stools. It is equipped with all the dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, bowls, cups). In the living room there is a sofa, an extendable table that can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. The rooms are either single, double, or queen size. There are also two cots for children up to 3 years old and side rails to be added to single beds for older children (on request). The house is located on two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, bedroom (double or twin), a bathroom with shower and changing table, and laundry corner with washing machine, dryer and iron. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one double and single bed, one bedroom with bunk bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. Each room has a small terrace. In the two bathrooms you will find shower-shampoo, soap, soap and hairdryer. All rooms are air-conditioned with a single air conditioner. Bed/bathroom linen is included. Linen change is only for stays longer than 5 days (upon request). The most special part of the house is the exterior. In addition to a small space dedicated to nature, there is a canopy that accommodates up to three cars so that they are always covered and safe, there is also a charging station for electric cars (for a fee). Behind the house there is a large space with a large swimming pool (suitable for adults), sun loungers and umbrella. We provide armbands and life jackets for the little ones. We also have a ping pong table and foosball. Only upon request, you can use a fireplace to barbecue with friends. There is an exclusively external video surveillance system for your safety and peace of mind. Guest access Private house, private garden, private parking. We will leave you a key to enter the house and the access code to open the gate upon your arrival.
