It's the ideal home to spend your holidays with your family away from the city. The house is in a strategic point to get to the sea in a short time (only 30 km from Chioggia and 50 km from Rosolina Mare ), city of Art (Venice 40 km, Padua 10 km, Ferrara 70km, Verona 90km) and the thermal areas (about 20 km). The space The house has been recently renovated with renewable sources. There's no gas, so it's all electric. The home is located 700 meters from the town center. The internal surface is 120 square meters, externally 200 square meters. It has a separate kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, and a counter with four stools. It is equipped with all dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, bowls, cups). In the living room there is a sofa, an extendable table that can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. The rooms are both single, double, and double. There are also two sun loungers for children up to 3 years old and the sides to be added to the single beds for older children (upon request). The house is located on two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, bedroom (double or double), a bathroom with shower and changing table, and laundry corner with washing machine, dryer and folding iron. On the second floor there are three rooms (a double and single bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bedroom with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. For each room there is a small terrace. In the two bathrooms you will find shower-shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. All rooms are air-conditioned with a single air conditioning. Bed/bath linens are included. Linen change is only for nights longer than 5 days (upon request). The most special part of the house is the exterior. In addition to a small space dedicated to nature, there is a canopy that houses up to three cars so as to have them always indoors and safe, there is also a charging station for electric machines (for a fee). Behind the house there is a large space with a large pool (suitable for adults), sun loungers and umbrella. We provide armrests and lifeguards for the little ones. We also have a table tennis table and foosball table. Only upon request, you can use a barbecue fireplace together. There is an exclusively external video surveillance system for your safety and tranquility. Guest access Private house, private garden, private parking.
