Guest access The apartment has a separate bedroom with a bed and a kitchen-living room with a folding sofa, a combined bathroom, a small dressing room. There is everything you need for a long or daily stay: kitchen utensils and equipment, household appliances, air conditioners, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, laundry dryer, towels, shower gels, shampoo. Other things to note No events or parties in the apartment, no noise after 10 pm and before morning. Dear guests, please note that smoking is prohibited in the apartments, there is a fine for violating the company's rules, for this there is a balcony overlooking the sea. We urge you not to smoke in the apartment, because it smells bad afterwards. This is very upsetting for us and our future guests. There is no free parking on the territory, but there is an underground parking. If you are driving, there is an opportunity to rent a space in the underground parking lot (agree with the security), for an additional fee. Standard check-in is at 1:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out depends on the previous and next guests, respectively.
