Apartment Stipe occupies entire (top) floor of the house which is located directly on the beach. Here you can enjoy in mountains (NP Paklenica is 3 km far away), beautiful nature and clean sea. This area is perfect for hikers. Zadar is 40 km away. The space On the 1. floor: open plan kitchen (cooker- 4 ring stoves, gas) coffee maker, oven, fridge freezer), living/dinning room (TV-satellite, dvd player, balcony, air conditioning), 4 bedrooms (3 air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) Guest access 1.floor has surface 130m². Guests can also use the garden (surface 400 m²) shared with owner, BBQ, playing area and parking, small boat (on request, additionally paid) Other things to note Residence tax isn´t included in price. It will be charged extra: 1,50€ per day per person. Children till 12 years old are free of charge, and children between 12 and 18 pay 0,75€ per day Air condition will be charged extra 5€ per day/per unit
