The Priesthole is a quirky beautiful Grade II listed ground floor, one bed apartment in historic Monmouth house in the Old Town of Lyme Regis. A 2 mins flat walk to the sea in the heart of everything this traditional seaside town has to offer. Complimentary parking permit provided (car park 5 min walk) . Open plan Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and dining/living area. The sofa bed is available for one child/small adult if triple occupancy is booked. One Dog welcome £10 per night fee. The space Private apartment for up to 3 guests. Other things to note Fantastic location, easy 2 mins flat walk to the beach. Neighbours/Quiet policy As the property is Grade II Listed from the 1700’s it does not benefit from modern day sound proofing materials therefore we ask guests to please respect your neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. Can guests be aware that there other apartments at Monmouth house so noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave. There should be no visitors after 10pm to Monmouth House. Complimentary car parking is located a 5 min uphill walk away at Woodmead car park, you can load and unload opposite the house prior to parking
