The property is very large, luxury ensuite large bedrooms, gym, snooker room, homecooked breakfast, plenty of spaces in the house that you can feel that you are the only one here! The views are incredible, a very peaceful, relaxing! Everything you need & want for a luxe getaway! Just bring your own wine! :) The space This property is so very unique as we have features and things that you just won't see all together in an Airbnb. Read on and you can find out! :) THE BEDROOM: (aka: THE SLEEPING DOG) This room is just massive, the standard size of a hotel room is 150 sqft, this is a whopping 466 sqft! It's that big we cant actually photograph it in one picture! The bed is a super king with luxury linens, pure indulgence mattress guaranteed to have the best nights sleep ever. The bed is floating with under bed lighting all accessible from the side of your bed. We have USB sockets and spare chargers if you happen to forget them. The view from this room is just breathtaking with two designer plush velvet chairs, where you can open the double doors and just sit back relax and enjoy the views! The room also boasts stunning high-end furniture, with beautiful designer lighting where you can set the mood. All rooms have Gusto Coffee machines, kettles with Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Herbal Teas, Biscoffs and Elizabeth Shaw vegan chocolate mints. There also is a mini-fridge where you can purchase a variety of vegan snacks and drinks, all tried and tested by us and taste amazing! HOT TUB: You will have exclusive use of your very own huge 8 seater luxury Sierra Spa private hot tub with loungers, lights, speakers and waterfalls. You can connect your phone via Bluetooth and play your own music!. We also supply slippers and big soft cuddly toweling robes for you to use. BREAKFAST: We offer delicious all-vegan healthy plant-based breakfast that is just so tasty! We have loads of different options for you to choose, it is all homemade and freshly cooked. Along with smoothies, juices, teas, coffees, fruits and loads more! There are also places nearby for local home deliveries if you fancy something else :) WIFI: Super strong WIFI, 4G - 50mbps :) Also every room has space for a laptop. GYM: There is a large fully equipped gym for you to use at any time. We have a full weight rack, cable cross-over, treadmill, elliptical arc trainer, and much more! The view in the gym is amazing, you can get some cardio in overlooking the Campsie Fells! There is free water, fruit, towels and more supplied. LIBRARY: We have a nice wee cozy reading nook with comfy plush velvet chairs to relax and chill with a nice book and glass of wine. We also have some board games for you to use too! GAMES ROOM: You can play pool to your heart's content with our 6ft slate bed pool table and enjoy the large, maybe watch some tv or listen to some music, your choice! :) ENSUITE SHOWER ROOMS: All of our rooms have ensuite shower rooms, all remodeled to a high standard with high-quality furniture, fixtures, and fittings. We also supply cruelty-free, high-end toiletries from Rituals from the Buddha line. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Soap. SUNSET SEATING: This is one of my favourite places, at night you can watch the sunset. The colours of this are truly amazing. The view from the seating area is just amazing, you have got to see it to believe how breathtaking it can be! THE GRUMPY SCHNAUZERS We have 5 resident Grumpy Schnauzers, hence the name! No, but honestly they are such lovely dogs... barking mad too! You will be warmly welcomed with 5 mad dogs barking, so if you don't like dogs please don't come to visit us! 😂😂😂🐶🐾 We have Paddy Boy, Bonnie Bubbles, Oskar Wosker, Teddy Bear, Cola Cube yeah the names sound nutty... but hey ho! 😂😂 During your stay you are more than welcome to cuddle, snuggle, kiss the dogs if they want to, of course, after all, they are in charge! 😂 They all have their own unique personalities, so much fun to learn if you love dogs, hopefully, you do because this wouldn't be the place for you! 😂 The only downfall, unfortunately, we cannot accept other dogs. as we have 5 and they go into pack mode and would scare any dogs away! :( The dogs will be in the other part of the house most times so they won't bother you all too much! :) Guest access Library Private Exclusive Use Hot Tub Gym Breakfast Room Viewing Conservatory Snooker/Games Room Garden Sunset Seating Area During your stay You will receive a warmly welcome, we will then show you the property and then you can make yourself at home :)
