Sleeping Dog is our boutique-style, adults-only suite in a converted farmhouse on a quiet farm road in Glenmavis, between Coatbridge and Airdrie and about 25 minutes from Glasgow. It's a big 44 m² room with a superking floating bed, an en-suite and your own private outdoor hot tub in the garden, looking out over the hills. Made for a quiet couples night away, a birthday or an anniversary. Free gym, free parking, and five resident Schnauzers, the Grumpies, on welcome duty (sorry, no guest dogs). Free use of our fully equipped on-site gym: NordicTrack iFIT treadmill, studio bike and elliptical, cable machine, power rack, dumbbells up to 50 kg and more. Guest access The suite is yours alone for your stay: bedroom, en-suite and your own private hot tub. You share the front entrance with the other suites, and the on-site gym is free for all our guests to use. Free private parking is on site, with an EV charger. Mara and David live in a separate part of the house, so we're close by if you need anything. The house is always open, so come and go as you please. During your stay Mara and David live on site, so we'll give you a warm welcome, show you around and then leave you to relax. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The hot tub is yours until 10.30pm. Please pop the lid back on after your soak. Outdoor music is welcome at low volume and off by 9.30pm. No dogs, sorry. Our five resident Schnauzers, the Grumpies, have made it very clear there's only room for five of them. They live here, so please always close the front door behind you. No smoking indoors. Smoking is fine outside in the garden or hot tub area. The floor gets slippy when you come in from the hot tub in wet slippers, so take care. Stays are room only. Just Eat and Uber Eats deliver here, and everything is about 2 minutes away by car or taxi. Celebrating?
