House in village with swimming pool and private beach

It is a small terraced house at the end of a gravel pedestrian driveway. It is located in a beachfront village with private access to the beach, which is equipped and reserved for guests. Two swimming pools are available for holidaymakers, one for adults and one for children, a restaurant/bar, soccer field and tennis court. All in the setting of the Conero Riviera and just a few kilometers from the sanctuary of Loreto (reachable by bicycle) The space Outside there is a private courtyard, small mobile barbecue grill, dining table. The living area on the ground floor consists of a kitchenette and dining room. The staircase leads to the upper floor where the bathroom, the room with the two beds and the double bedroom are located. An extra bed can be added upon request. Guest access Access to the village is only allowed for guests. At the entrance, near the concierge, there is an automatic bar that opens with a magnetic key. There are enough parking spaces for the guests in the village, all close to the homes. Other things to note A bike path leads to Loreto, Porto Recanati and for those with good legs also to Ancona.
