Old farmhouse of 18th century character, located 1 hour from Brive (airport and tourist town) and 10 minutes from Egletons, this beautiful country house offers you a quiet and green setting in the heart of Corrèze in the village of Chapelle Spinasse. Our family home offers you its 260 m2 on three levels with its 5 bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor and a large games room with 4 single beds. Tranquility, calm and quiet await you. The space This beautiful Limousine offers 260 m2 on three levels: - a large ground floor with: .living room with wall-mounted TV .dining room (pellet stove + fireplace) .open kitchen (oven, range hood, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, classic coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery, pots, cooking utensils with oil/vinegar, salt and pepper) .toilet .master suite (bathroom-toilet + washing machine). - one floor with 4 beautiful bright bedrooms (140 beds), toilet and large bathroom with toilet. - the top floor is a large dormitory-style room appreciated by children and teens with 4 beds (90) and a toilet. - Bed linen + towels provided. - Two baby cots (umbrella type) + 2 high chairs + baby bath = ON REQUEST - Table and chairs for outdoor dining. - barbecue (with charcoal provided free of charge to get you started). -> We provide free of charge for your start a bag of pellets for the stove and a bundle of wood for the fireplace, it is up to you to plan to buy more on site if you want more :) -> We have chosen not to have Wi-Fi in our country house, we want to offer "disconnection" and the pleasure of just enjoying! -> We are in the countryside, so you will find without surprise insects, cows, chickens, squirrels, horses and other animals… sometimes you will even have the chance to observe does and young fawns in the meadow… all this little world making the beauty of our village which we are keen to preserve :) Other things to note -> Our solid wood parquet doesn't like shoes too much, if you could be kind enough to take them off :) rest assured it loves socks and slippers hahaha thank you -> We provide free charcoal (barbecue) as well as a bag of pellets for the stove and a bundle of wood for the fireplace, it's up to you to plan to buy more in Egletons if you want more :) -> We have chosen not to have Wi-Fi in our country house, we want to offer "disconnection" and the pleasure of just enjoying yourself!
