84 Gipps Cottage

84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the Port Fairy village precinct close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy. The space 84 Gipps Cottage has studio like accommodation with an additional kitchen and separate bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes and silverware, toaster and kettle and some cooking utensils. There is fresh rainwater provided for the kitchen area and bathroom from the large house tank. Guest access Guests are afforded privacy with access to the cottage via the side gate and are invited to use the outside courtyard garden with views over Gipps street that offer glimpses of the Moyne River. Other things to note Our Cottage is not suitable for toddlers.
