Villa les "Prés" Suite

Spacious suite of two bedrooms with a large bath in a 1905 villa in the heart of a seaside village. There is a bed (1 m 60) in the first room and twins or a large double( 1 m 80) in the adjacent room. The groomed gardens, who figure in the Normandy Parc and Garden Guide, are part of an 18 acre estate with a river, small island and cider apple orchards. The villa is 10 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes par car from the beach. Extra bed for a child under 12 years is 35 euros per night. The space The villa has all of its' original flooring and woodwork. The ceramique tile work on the ground floor and the stenciled walls in the winter garden are fabulous. The spacious rooms with high ceilings and the garden views from every room and bath create a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Guest access The guests have access to the winter garden room on the ground floor and the parc. During your stay I like to be in contact with my guests, but I also respect their privacy. We have prepared a book with tourist information, daily activities going on close by, restaurant suggestions , tidal hours and the fifi code. Other things to note The suite has one bedroom with a queen size bed and you may choose between a king size bed or twin beds in the other room. The large bath is located between the two bedrooms, with access from each room. There is also a door from each room that may be closed by key that opens directly onto the corridor. There is a small room beside the room with the queen size bed where a child under 12 may sleep for an additional 35 euros per nuit.
