Cozy nurdach house with a living area of about 50 square meters in the countryside and located right on the edge of the forest. The cottage is from the 1970s, which is somewhat outdated and simply equipped. The terrace was renewed in 2025. The bathroom with shower is decorated in white. In the local area, there is an outdoor swimming pool with a wave pool and a playground with a zip-line slide and outdoor table tennis. The space Enjoy the idyllic tranquility in the countryside! The house is equipped with a modern bathroom with shower/toilet and a small kitchen (pantry kitchen with 2 hotplates and refrigerator). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds. These all have a bed frame with a slatted base and a comfortable mattress. In addition to satellite TV and DVD player, a small stereo system (CD, Bluetooth) also offers entertainment options. On cool evenings, several infrared heating panels provide cozy warmth. On the terrace, a garden seating area with a table and 4 chairs invites you to enjoy the outdoors. A charcoal grill makes this perfect. (Charcoal and grill lighter must be procured on your own) The house has its own parking space. An outdoor swimming pool with a wave pool and a gym is about 250 m away. Shopping is available at the campsite next door, at Sindy's Lädle or in the neighboring towns (Penny, Lidl, butcher, bakery). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house.
