It is a modern design building using recycle teak wood and bamboo ceiling, located in a historical area of Yogyakarta city. Our property is surrounded by local plants and garden, which add authenticity to your tropical journey. Ours is located only 10 minutes to the train station (Tugu or Lempuyangan), 10 minutes to main popular destinations (Keraton/Palace, close to Yogya's biggest traditional market Beringharjo, and famous promenade Malioboro), and less than 30 minutes to/from the airport. The space When you are looking for a place to stay in Yogyakarta located in the city but you do not feel you are in the busy city life,with a kampung atmosphere yet surounded by greenery and close to the local cafes and restaurants. Omah Permadi is the place for you. It is newly built, by considering modern, artistic, as well as traditional style. The ceiling is made of bamboo, the wall is a combination of exposed bricks and recycle teakwood, and all the doors and windows are made from recycled doors/windows. The cottage is surrounded by local flowers, fruits and trees to give a you cooling atmosphere. The cottage you are about to book consists of two units, in the ground and second floor. Each unit has its own entrance and facilities for 2 people, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and verandah. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, and cooking utensils you can use. If you like to taste the local food, local restaurants and cafes can be reached within a short walking distance. And, of course, wifi is available and it's free. If you need to hire a car to visit Borobudur and Mendut Budhist Temples or Prambanan Hindu Temple, you simply let us know and we can arrange the car and the driver for you. For shorter travel, online taxi can be ordered through app in your mobile at very reasonable rates. Guest access Our guests will have the keys to access the second floor bedroom and the ground room. The guests can use any kitchen facilities provided (we have kitchenette both on the ground and second floor). They can also park their car on the parking lots inside this compound. Other things to note Your quiet time should be between 9pm - 7am. We would appreciate it if you turn down the noise between these times. Our location is not too far from the mosque. And there is usually a call to prayer for Muslims around 4:30am, which is quite loud if you are not used to noise. No party is allowed in this compound. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room (only allowed outside the cottage).
