The residence is located in the Domaine du Grand-Portneuf, a private resort estate with common areas: outdoor pool, sauna, trails, pool table. The space The cottage has a closed bedroom overlooking the bathroom. The abundant fenestration and 9-foot ceiling offer a beautiful view of the hilly forest. A patio door leads to a large terrace with spa, table and chairs, BBQ and hammock chair, an ideal place to fully enjoy nature. And to end the evening, an outdoor fireplace with Adirondack chairs awaits you just down the terrace. In the open area including the living and dining room is a smart TV with Netflix access included and a table that can be used both for meals and as an office space. The bathroom has a large glass shower, a hair dryer, and a washer and dryer.
