The space Villa Bogota is a charming holiday home with a privileged location in Montechoro, Albufeira, just a few minutes' drive from the best golden sandy beaches. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of all amenities, it is the ideal location for a relaxing break in the sun. This beautiful house can accommodate 6+4 people and has 3 bedrooms: a room on the first floor with a spacious balcony and a private bathroom, and two rooms (with a private bathroom) on the ground floor. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living/dining room, with cosy sofas, television and dining area. The large sliding doors in the living room provide access to the wonderful garden and pool area, which has a built-in brick barbecue and an outdoor dining area that sets the scene for outdoor summer meals. The pool has heating available as an optional extra, and sun loungers are provided to relax in the sun between swims. There is also space for car parking within the property area. Villa Bogotá has air conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi access and international satellite channels. Albufeira centre is about 15 minutes' walk away, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other points of interest are the Albufeira Strip, with all the city's best bars and nightlife, and the historic Old Town of Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).  Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Includes discounted rates for all other services provided (i.e. boat tour, restaurant, airport transfer, and check-in center). Other things to note Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests. From the 7º to the 10º guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
