The space Luxury beach house, sleeps 10, perfectly situated for views over Rosscarbery estuary. Completely refurbished in 2020/21 Pac's Cottage was a traditional Irish cottage which we have extended to create a spacious and comfortable beach house. The minimalist, Scandi-style decor is designed for a stress-free escape but the house is fully equipped with all amenities. The perfect spot for a cosy winter get-away or a summer beach holiday. There a five bedrooms (two en suite with king size beds and three doubles) and a pull-put double sofa bed in the main bedroom for occasional use. There are two further bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and two separate toilets on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious and includes a large dining table that seats 10-12. All appliances are new (American fridge freezer, microwave, oven and induction hob). The comfortable living room includes a wood burning stove and views over the estuary for instant relaxation. Wifi is included. The grounds are spacious and include a BBQ area and picnic table. There’s a hot-tub, outdoor shower and children’s play area. Landscaping is still a work-in-progress which is reflected in the price. Guest access The house is great for families and a high-chair and baby travel cot are provided. However there are no stair gates so parents will need to keep a close eye on small children. Guests will have access to a washing machine and a tumble-dryer in the utility room. The garden is still a work in progress and whilst pets are welcome, it is not fully fenced in. There's plenty of parking space for guests. Rosscarbery has brilliant amenities including tennis, playground, pitch & putt, kayaking and the beach all within walking distance. However a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area including the stunning towns and villages of West Cork like Clonakilty, Glandore, Castletownshend, Skibereen and Union Hall all within 25 minutes drive and further afield Baltimore, Schull, Bantry and Ballydehob. The cottage is a straightforward 50 minute drive from Cork airport along the N71. Other things to note Minimum booking 7 nights
