A large, quieter room with a cozy feel is great for couples/ Nomads. Mini fridge, desk, wardrobe, linens and soaps and shampoos provided. Enjoy a comfy bed at the end of your adventurous day. Right on bus line 124 and minutes to downtown and the stadiums. A fresh relaxing modern design with a yoga mat available to stretch out at the end of a long day walking around. This room is larger than our others and great for couples or remote workers. It is clean, cozy and simple with your own mini fridge and desk and couch. Please see our other listings and reviews to get a full feel for the space. This building was built as a Hotel in 1904 and also hosts artists studio spaces but you do not have to be "arty" to stay here just open to a creative environment. This is an active building and two restaurant / lounges are downstairs so that said those who need absolute quiet to sleep may not enjoy this room as we are under the flight path...although it not super loud in the building but airplanes fly overhead just to be clear. But this room and the Royal Starlight rooms are the quietest rooms off the street. Like I said its a hopping area and there is allot to do in the neighborhood. see my guidebook Here to see a game? We are close to Lumen field, T-Mobile Park and Climate Pledge Arena Our building We are on the second floor up a flight of beautifully restored stairs. When you are hungry or want to see the area/ get entertained. You can eat at our many restaurants (two in the same building as us called Star Brass lounge lots of great food and drinks and yes music) and Seattle Tavern and pool hall that serves hot dogs,Pizza and gourmet Pretzels and if you like pool the pool hall has many vintage / restored pool tables. Things to do in our neighborhood Down the street shop for records, vintage furniture or oddities, check out the ART walk during second saturday ART ATTACK. Lots of things to do and a nice soft bed at the end of the day...not to mention our 10 headed shower (see reviews) could wash off the crustiest crocodile :) Soaps, shampoos, shavers, soft towels bathrobes and clean linens are all for your comfort. Did you forget to pack something? just ask we probably have it :) Here to make your stay wonderful A little grit, and allot of love have resurrected this neighborhood and arts community. A bathrobe for your relaxing time Other things to note I am happy to give advice and help you get around, I also have books on good things to do, and neighborhoods for those thinking about relocating. I am present in the building everyday (except some sundays) so you can ask me or send me messages on the app too . I really enjoy hosting and meeting new people but also love that you are here to learn our beautiful city and give you space to enjoy yourself.
