Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio !! You will have your own private entrance. The studio is connected to the main house, but you are guaranteed complete privacy . Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet! The space This centrally located studio is the perfect place for a weekend or a small town getaway ! You will be close to local restaurants and Main Street activities ! You will have all the amenities: full kitchen , washer/dryer , full bathroom. ***Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for all reservations of 30 days or more. $50 cost for the cleaning . For multiple months stay , we would require a cleaning every 15-20 days . Other things to note The connecting door to the house is always locked and never used, you will be guaranteed complete privacy! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe , the police department is right across the street. There is a Pomeranian named Oso that lives on the front property , he is super friendly and will bark sometimes Our quiet time starts at 11 pm !
