The swimming pool (4 X 11 m saltwater) welcomes you amidst Provençal vegetation. A summer living room sheltered from the sun, ideal for naps and aperitifs, will delight you. 4 large bedrooms with double bed with their own bathroom or shower and toilet, terrace or balcony will bring you rest and independence. You can just as well "laze around" and enjoy the calm in the house or around the pool that we invite you to respect, but also enjoy the lively life and charm of old Aix by going there on foot, or even escape easily to the surrounding countryside, the sea, or surrounding towns and villages. Access to highways is very close and without traffic jams. There is a parking space in front of the house and free parking spaces in the cross street. However, access to the parking space is difficult for very large cars. If you come by train or plane, we will tell you what to do. You will enjoy our library and can listen to your favorite music thanks to an Apple Music system. Check-in time is from 5 p.m., check-out time is before 11 a.m. These times can be flexible depending on the occupancy schedule of the house, contact us if necessary. Other things to note We will send you a rental agreement upon receipt of your booking if you wish. The pool is saltwater, its operation is automatic and its cleaning is scheduled. We don't provide pool towels. The garden watering is automatic. Deckchairs and garden furniture are at your disposal. It is not possible to organize parties or receptions in the house.
